Jackie Clayborn is a business leader, speaker, entrepreneur, and community advocate dedicated to helping people turn vision into action.

As Founder & CEO of ONC National, Jackie has spent more than a decade building a trusted telecommunications and infrastructure company through strategic leadership, strong partnerships, and a commitment to excellence.

Beyond business, Jackie serves as Chair of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee (MBEIC) for the Dallas Fort Worth Business Council, helping expand opportunities for small and minority-owned businesses. She is also a Woman in Business Honoree recognized by the Dallas Business Journal and a graduate of several leadership programs, including Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.

Jackie is also the Co-Founder of the Say Less Do More Foundation and Co-Host of the Say Less Unscripted podcast, where she shares honest conversations about leadership, entrepreneurship, and creating lasting impact.

Her mission is simple: build stronger leaders, create opportunities, and make a difference in the communities she serves.
